E VISAS- Renewable Indefinitely, As Long As The Business Is Active. The E Visa Holder, Spouse And Children May Live In the U. S., Attend School, and Travel. The Spouse Of The E2 Investor May Request Employment Authorization.
EB5 GREEN CARD-Investors Who Invest At Least One Million Dollars In Capital In A New Commercial Enterprise In The U.S., ($500,000 In Targeted Rural Or High Unemployment Areas). Employ At Least Ten U.S. Workers Over A Two year Period, May Qualify For A Green Card.
L1 Intra-Company
Transferee Visa, the L1 VISA allows people who are managers or executives in a corporation in their home country, to be transferred to an affiliate company in the U. S. to assume the duties of an executive and manager. The spouse of the L1 VISA holder may request employment authorization.
The Business In The U. S. May Be A New Or Existing Business
No Specific Dollar Investment Must Be Met
There Must Exist Commonality Of Control With The Business Outside Of The U.S.

Family/Employment (Permanent Visas) U.S. Citizens May Petition For Their Spouse, Married Or Single Children (Any Age), Parents, Brothers, Sisters And Fiancé.
Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders) May File For Spouses And Unmarried Children (Any Age).
There Is A Waiting Period For Visas In This Category.
Employment The Process Is Based On Job Skills Which You May Have Obtained Through Work Or Training In Any Country, And A Job Offer In The U.S. Based On Your Work Experience Acquired At
Any Time In Any Country.
The Application Is Filed Through The U.S. Department Of Labor For Certification.
A Petition Is Then Filed With The Immigration And Naturalization Service.
