After many years of working in the Real Estate Industry, in the capacity of Broker, Sales, and Marketing for other firms, I decided it was time to venture out on my own. Hence, First International Real Estate Corporation was incorporated in December of 1994, and began operations in Kissimmee Florida in January of 1995. First International Real Estate Corporation offers prospective buyers a unique concept, " one stop shopping". We are licensed Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Brokers and Business Brokers. We specialize in the International Marketplace and have assisted many foreign nationals from the UK, South America and the Far East achieve their dream in America with either the purchase of a new home and mortgage, acquisition of a business and investment Visa. Of course, we have also assisted many Americans as well. In August of 1999, we purchased our own building, completely redesigned it and finally in January of 2001, we moved into our new office located at 2546 North John Young Parkway in Kissimmee Florida.
